Shree Thaker is a dynamic communications leader with a passion for healthcare and partnership development. As Director of Communications & Partnerships, she drives strategic messaging, resource creation, and collaboration to expand the Amputee Coalition’s impact.

    • Leader in Communications & Resource Development
      • Oversees inMotion magazine, social media, e-newsletters, blogs, webinars, guidebooks, and more
      • Develops multimodal, accessible resources for the limb loss and limb difference community
    • Expert in Partnerships & Corporate Engagement
      • Manages Corporate Council partnerships to advance resources and events
      • Facilitates partnership development for advocacy, education, and outreach
      • Administers the Scientific and Medical Advisory Committee (SciMAC) guidance
    • Broad Healthcare & Advocacy Experience
      • Expertise in healthcare marketing, bionic technology, prosthetics and orthotics, insurance reimbursement, and health policy
      • Experience with the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education, PSYONIC, American Red Cross, Range of Motion Project, and Médecins Sans Frontières
      • Founder of Koki Communications, supporting disability and healthcare clients
    • Education & Global Health Expertise
      • Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Tech
      • Postgraduate degree in Global Health Policy from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
