Individual Orders – Printed Resources Are Now Available to Request!

Sometimes it’s helpful to have information you can hold onto, revisit, or share with someone you love. The Amputee Coalition has launched a new Individual Print Resource Request form, making it easier to receive trusted educational materials right at home.

Whether you’re learning about limb loss or limb difference, exploring recovery and rehabilitation, or supporting a family member, our guides offer practical information for everyday life and care.

Individuals may request one complimentary printed copy of each available resource, helping make important information accessible when it’s needed.

Healthcare Partnership Program

Supporting people who have limb loss or limb difference doesn’t end when an appointment does. The Amputee Coalition’s newly launched Healthcare Partnership Program helps hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, clinics, and health care professionals connect patients and families with resources, education, and support throughout their journey.

The program offers four partnership levels, including a free option, with benefits such as printed educational guides, inMotion magazine, awareness materials, and recognition in the Amputee Coalition’s Healthcare Partnership directory. Expanded partnership levels offer additional resources, Certified Peer Visitor training and coordination, support group connections, conference discounts, and assistance with CARF accreditation requirements.
