Invitation:
You are invited to participate in a Survey about chronic pain after Amputation surgery, organized by researchers from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. This study is being conducted to better understand patient experiences and help the research team design a prospective study investigating how to best prevent chronic pain after amputation. This online survey should take about 10-12 minutes to complete.
