Perceptions of Mattering in Adaptive Sports

Research Objectives:
The purpose of this study is to explore how athletes and their coaches understand and experience psychological mattering in adaptive sport contexts, and how these perceptions relate to HRQOL and general well-being. By focusing on both adaptive athletes and their coaches, this research seeks to provide a holistic view of how mattering is perceived, fostered, and experienced in adaptive sport settings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Adult-aged adaptive athletes and/or coaches & staff members (18 or older) who are currently participating in an adaptive sport as either a coach or adaptive athlete.
Compensation Details:
No compensation will be provided.

Time Commitment:
This is a one-time zoom interview that will last up to 60 minutes. If you are unable to complete a zoom interview, we can make accommodations (written responses, etc.).
