Study Title:
Experience of Patients with Thumb Amputation
Study Location:
Online (University of Tennessee-Knoxville)
Research Objectives:
If you are eligible and consent to participate, you will be asked to complete a 1-hour interview session by video teleconference (Google Meet). During the interview and survey, the researchers will ask about your experience of living with thumb amputation. Additionally, the researchers will ask for your opinion about existing and future prosthesis devices.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligible participants must be at least 18 years of age, have a partial or complete amputation of at least one thumb, have access to a computer with internet connection, and can read, understand, and speak English.
Compensation Details:
$25 Amazon gift card per 1-hour interview.

Time Commitment:
Each interview session will be up to 1 hour. Participants will be asked to complete a minimum of one interview session, but may be invited to additional interview sessions.
