We provide coordinated care throughout every phase of your rehabilitation to ensure all of your healthcare needs are addressed over time. Whether you are a patient in our hospital, have been admitted to Dodd Hall, our inpatient rehabilitation services facility or if you begin rehabilitation in any of our four outpatient facilities, our team is with you every step of the way.
The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center’s Amputee Rehabilitation Program meets the physical and emotional needs of patients and their families facing limb loss due to accident, illness, or birth defect. Our experienced staff provide skilled interventions to assist patients with prosthetic training, return to driving, if applicable, return to daily activities (walking, climbing stairs), work/community integration, and sport and recreational activities.
