The Amputee Coalition’s Limb Loss Education Day in Houston is just a few weeks away! Join us Saturday, March 26, 2016 for a thrilling day of educational sessions and adaptive recreation.

Here are some great reasons to attend:

  • Registration is only $15 dollars! Children 10 & under are free!
  • Listen to the following riveting presentations and be a part of the question and answer session that follows:
    • Session 1: Using a Team Approach to Limb Loss: An Amputee Model System of Care, presented by Dr. Danielle H. Melton
    • Session 2: From Surviving to Thriving: Coping With the Psychological Effects of Limb Loss, presented by Dr. Denika Douglas
    • Session 3: Parenting With an Arm and Two Legs, presented by Harleen Gupta
  • Take a nice lunch hour to eat a nutritious meal (included in your registration fee) and connect with your local limb loss community!
  • Try a new adaptive recreation activity and dance the afternoon away with adaptive line dancing, thanks to Houston’s Parks and Recreation.
