Oklahoma State University-Okmulgee has redesigned its Associate of Applied Science program into a multi-skill set, technically based program that offers comprehensive education and technical training while adding the components of pedorthic and orthotic fitter education.

As an accredited program, the OSU-Okmulgee curriculum in prosthetics-orthotics adheres to the standards and guidelines of the National Commission on Orthotic & Prosthetic Education. The school offers students engaging lab exercises in its state-of-the-art facility with the focus on providing competent, well-rounded technicians with pedorthic and fitter skills to meet the needs of the vast job market.

The program has several available slots for the Spring 2007 semester, and scholarship funds and financial aid are available for those who qualify.
