The Learning Channel (TLC) and the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) are looking for children of all backgrounds and personalities from across the U.S. to take part in an extraordinary new television program, “My Life As A Child.”

This innovative documentary series aims to capture American life through the eyes of children, ages 7-11, who will create video diaries of their lives for approximately three months. Children who are chosen will be trained to use the camera and then given the freedom to decide what to film and what to discuss!

Already a critical success in the United Kingdom, the program provides intimate, honest and insightful portraits of family life and childhood in today’s world.  Each child takes us on an emotional journey and leaves us with a deeper understanding of what is it to be a child.
